which verilog do you use in IC design ? verilog1995 or verilog2001?
Verilog2001 features are stable in Design Compile?

I use verilog2001, most of tools have supported verilog2001 now!
When you use always @*, you can neglect sensitivity variable, it's very convenient.

2001 is an extension of 1995, Few system tasks and others are added, every tool that supports 2001 supports 1995

I use verilog95 , because i am familar with it . and more , it 's compatiable to our existing designs .
And a very well surpport from synthesis tools.
An gate_level netlist is well organized in verilog95 format .
And more , 95 will cause you to take care of your design to avoid some common error due an verilog95 limit .
