what is simulated verilog model and what actually do with that.
can you give me an example.

The Verilog PLI (Programming Language Interface) and VPI (Verilog Procedural Interface) provide a standard mechanism to access and modify data in a simulated Verilog model. The interfaces are implemented as a library of C functions.

usually we can use PLI to load c function or dump waveform for fsdb or vcd!
