Hi all,
How long will it take for a fresher to jump from VErification job to rtl design!!
?
 

depends on the company..if your company is big enough then they'll allow you to make transition between the verification to design group...For small companies this will be an issue as they prefer to hire a fresher (on lesser salary) rather than allowing some experience guy to work as a fresher for that group...

Verification to Design is easier. But and RTL guy trying to change to verification is a bit difficult.
Time depends on ur competency.
