vel saturation voltage for .18u tsmc

does any one know the value for velocity saturation voltage(vdsat) for a tsmc .18u nmos and pmos

vdsat is not a velocity saturation voltage, but a saturation voltage (even if the saturation velocity vsat (measured in [m/s]) influences vdsat).

What do you want to know? A voltage or a velocity?
