Hi,
Based on the info from the following posting:
https://news.elektroda.pl/why-cant-i-sweep-the-threshold-voltage-using-ocean-t73596.html
I am trying to retrieve the Vth of a transistor after the DC sweep. I tried out both the options in the above posting i.e. save PM1.PM999:Vth and save PM1M999ppoint in a file and including them along with the modelfiles.
In my Ocean script,
openResults("Path to PSF dir")
selectResults('dc)
getData("PM1.PM999:Vth" ?result "dc-OpInfo-info")
getData("/PM1/PM999:Vth" ?result "dc-OpInfo-info")
Both the above statements are yielding a "nil" values..
while the following statements are giving me the proper values..
pv("/PM1/PM999" "Vth" ?result "dc-OpInfo-info")
pv("PM1.PM999" "Vth" ?result "dc-OpInfo-info")
Im keen in getting the getData() because when im sweeping the temp in the DC sweep, Im looking to gather the values of Vth at different temperatures... say from -25 to 105
Any idea as to why this is happening ??
