warning: inconsistent sample times

A simulink model has been downloaded from the link below
h**p://www.mathworks.com/company/newsletters/digest/may04/uwb.html
inside that file, the data rates being used is 200 Mbps. So, I have figured out if want to change the data rates to 110Mbps or 160Mbps, we have to change the puncture vector and coding rate while remain the spreading factor. The problem i facing now is i have matched up the system, but the sampling time at the error rate calculation is not same which i have added at attachment. Hope to get some helps from u guys as my due date for my project has been near your favor will be fully appreciated.
