if input impedance is 258-j670
I want to use Ls and Lg method
but I found Lg is always very large
Max inductor value is limited 10nH
How to match?

Re: Matching issue

What is Ls & Lg method?
What is the frequency range for matching?
What is O/p impedance?

Suppose you want to match 258-j670 ohm to 50 ohm & want to use L-C PI network
also let us assume you are Matching for frequency range 100 to 500 MHz
then matching will be as shown in attachment

Re: Matching issue

only use source degenerater and gate inductor to match 50
center frequency is 2.4 GHz
and in your example the inductor value is huge
no process supply this value

Re: Matching issue

I just shown you what type of network matching can be used.
You did not specified frequency, so i did not used to show microstrip elements for matching.
If you have Agileng Genesys you can do matching using any type of network you want.
Best of luck
