I have bought a CPC1708J solid state relay and I want to use it for turning on and off my lamp but I cant find any application notes for this chip , can anyone guide me on how to interface it?

thanks

Here's the data sheet.

Pins 1 and 2 are connected in series with the load and power source.

Pins 3 and 4 go to the control voltage. Note that you need a resistor in series to limit the control current. The resistor value depends upon the control voltage value.
