2SD1047 is a power transistor rated 160V, 12A , 100W
2SC3263 rated 230V , 15A 130W having same metal tab connected
to collector will be the best substitute

i want to learn about the application and how to use D1047. Kindly help me out

Yes you can use it, if application is not a special one. Rather it is more safe on higher voltage supply than 2SD1047.
