using Nonideal "lump Components" in ansoft design

Hi, I want to use Nonideal "lump Components (R,L,C, switch)" in ansoft designer. I don't know if there are ready-to-use Components or I should model them myself. Would you please guide me.
And another Q, is ansoft designer a proper software for my purpose (I want to show the effects of being nonideal for lump components (R,L,C, switch)? If not what is a better choice?
