I want to interface external SRAM with atmega128.
8kx8 RAM is sufficient for my use.
Can anyone helo mw to do so.

I had searched on internet regarding this and found this link
http://www.scienceprog.com/adding-external-memory-to-atmega128/

I am new to avr so doesnt know how to change the linker setting described on this link in avr studio 5.1

Please help me to do so.

Hi,

We often use external memory with ATMega128.
For address selection and address-data demux (and other functions) we use a CPLD (XILINX XC9536XL or 9572XL).
Low power, easy to use, and additional benefits...

If you are interested in schematics pm me.

Klaus
