Using emwin graphics library for custom display driver (RA8835 or SED1335)

Hello there, I am trying to use emwin with LCD controller RA8835, which is currently not supported by emwin. As per the emwin documentation, I tried to use GUIDrv_Template for writing my own driver file. Though _InitController() function works fine, _SetPixelIndex() and _GetPixelIndex() functions are not being called by the emwin library. Any help is appreciated. Also, is it possible to use LCDConf.c file of any other driver and then modify it as per RA8835 (or its equivalent SED1335)?
