can any one help me 2 find videos or tutorial in how to use cadence in simule Inverter Using Single electron transistor

Check **broken link removed**. I quite don't understand what you mean by single electron transistor.

Cadence is just another CAD suite and doesn't care how many electrons your
transistors has in its pocket. As long as you use a supported model and good
syntax.

I think your question is, where are you going to get a Spectre model for
your whiz-bang?
