can i use both microchip IC in the same circuit to get both wireless and Ethernet connection to my project?

You can use it. Which microcontroller are you using?
Either you need use two SPI modules or need to use daisy chain method.

Unfortunately I can see one SPI(ESPI0) module only. you can go with daisy chain methods.
