Hi, I need to use a Schottky diode on a circuit on Virtuoso Schematic.
The problem is that when I insert the one from AnalogLib named "schottky", I don't know which parameters to specify on the properties window on the diode, such as:
- model name
- device area
- junction perimeter caracter
- lenght
- width
- etc...
My goal is to obtain a 3V forward drop Schottky diode.
I tried specifing on model name, a model I found by NXP for a bat54 diode, but after some trying I gave up, as it produced too much errors.
Can anyone help me on this?
