I'm having a hard time figuring out how this is done. I'm reading that some memory cards do support 1.8V signalling, but I don't know which type of cards these are. I'm also not sure if these cards have to be initialized with 3.3V logic level and then switch to 1.8V. This article (https://www.sdcard.org/developers/overview/low_voltage_signaling/index.html) states that 1.8V logic level memory cards are marked with 'LV', but googling 'LV memory card' gives no usable results. Can someone help me out?
Low voltage signaling card (LVS) that can operate on voltage range of 2.7-3.6v but signaling voltage range is 1.70-1.95v, this is specified in the specification document of SD Association, so the SD card which supports the specification 6.0 it also support the lvs signaling but the supply voltage specified above.
