User Manual for Panaphone KX-T9819LMD

My neighbour has been given a Panaphone Model KX-T9819LMD without a user manual. Neither of us has a clue how to use it. If anyone has a manual for this particular model -or one similar - in either English or Spanish, I would be very happy to hear from them. Thank you.
 

No, but i do have a manual for KX-T2218D2LHCID. Let me know if you want it, i'll have it scanned in for what its worth.

I would also be interested to know if your product works as mine doesn't, or if anyone else reading this has had a "Panaphone" product that does work.
