Can useful skew be used to fix setup and hold or only one. Could you explain how this is done. Ie. Should useful skew be introduced on capture clock or launch clock to fix setup and to fix hold violations.
If you are in the situation that you have to use useful skew, I'd say that's the fault of frontend people. They should make the design to meet timing with balanced clock trees. I'm against the useful skew, because having use skew would create a lot of hold violation in scan mode and you have to go through the nightmare.
