On PIC16f877A, there is common pin for clock (pin 18), I wonder if I could use the same pin for data input to PIC via I2C and data output via SPI?
is there any effect on pin out?

The dedicated pin functions or overriding GPIO function when the respective communication function is enabled in special function register. Review the RC4 description in data sheet chapter I/O-Ports.

yes u can use both function on same pin but one after another and should enable and disable and vice versa.
care should be taken than no both interface enable.
