USB2.0 Bulk IN Operation issue

Hi,

As i know if Bulk In operation block from device side at that time device shall send NACK and HOST shell wait for data.

So my issue is...
I have block IN operation from device side and after i am trying to read data from device using HOST application at time i got time out error even device is sending NACK so if any one have any idea about it then please revert back.
