hi,

can anyone how to design an interface for usb signal (D+, D-) to be connected to an spi input?

If you look at opencores, you will find all the ingredients for this design. You will need to glue the functions together of course.

To get you running, you'll need USB function (1.1 will be fast enough), and SPI interface.
The toughest part will be the software (driver).

Regards
