Hi,
I have installed sun solaris on my windows machine using vmware player.
I am not able to detect my usbstick when connected.
Any idea how can I access it?

Thanks in advance

You have to enable raw device access from a Menu ( IIRC it is in Preference). It will enable the guest OS to detect your usbdisk.

But remember to unmount the device from Host OS else it may corrupt the data.

thanks.

do i need to use mount command again after enabling it in iirc.
