USB microcontroller interfacing

HI All

I am looking for a solution of interfacing atmel 8051 with USB isp1581.

Please let me know if you know the link or have developed similar code. DO i need to write USB driver files for that like isr.c , chap9.c , mainloop.c . Please guide me
