USB implementaion in LPC 2148

i m trying to do usb data transfer from usb of lpc 2148 to serial port of pc .
Wanted some sample code for usb r/w and initialization of controller .
If any useful links related to lpc 2148 are ther let me know

I've already posted the sample codes for lpc 2148 in this forum. Link is given below.

and i also suggest you to download the Hitex user manual for lpc 21xx microcontrollers. They have given a good understanding of lpc 2148 with code examples. Just go through it.
