Hello,
Does it possible to receive and transmitt data to/from the ALTERA FPGA via USB Cable?
I use in Altera DE1

I want to make it exactly like in UART but not via RS232..

"User API" refers to the DE1 control panel tool, see the DE1_USB_API in DE1 demonstration projects. Unfortunately, there's no documented user interface provided at the PC side.

A serial link over USB Blaster with (partly) documented interface is however available in the NIOS enviroment. Search for keyword jtag_atlantic in Altera Forum.

Although the interface is undocumented, it's not impossible to hook up PC tools to the Altera JTAG stack.

Nevertheless you'll most likely have faster success by using the plain old RS232 exposed by DE1.
