USB-BLASTER from Taiwan

i saw this product on ebay . I wonder if is 100 % compatible .Has anybody used it?
they say it supports 1.2~5v. Price is $28 + $10 shipping charges

I think It works, although it seems a little expensive. Actually, you only need to spend 14 dollars for this in china. Even you could build that by yourself, because there are plenty of documents could be referenced on the internet.
