HOW CAN I SEND\RECIVE ONE BYTE DATA BY USB TO ANY PIC OR OTHERS DEVICE.

Look at the FTDI chips from Future Technologies and you can do USB-RS232, should help you to communicate to any PIC with hardware or software UART
