Can anybody answer the following questions:

1. Why MESFET are faster than MOSFET?

2. What is high and low level injection?Give some practical examples of high and low level injetion?

3. What is large and small signal model? In large signal model which type of injection is used?

4. What is quasi-neutrality approx??
