dear all

i search about fpga kit include VGA interface and usb host interface
and i found that [ Basys2 FPGA Board :Xilinx Spartan 3E FPGA, 100K or 250K gates ] which include that usb2 for programing and power and data transfer

- data transfer, what does it mean?
- is it mean data transfer from pc to fpga board or usb interface for flash memory?

wait your help
regards

The USB port is used to program the FPGA and the PROM Flash using JTAG.
But it can also be used to transfer data from the FPGA to the computer and vica versa. I haven't tried this myself, but I know it requires a couple of pins (I think it's about 20 pins)
