Urgent CST EM studio-conductance measurements

hello,
did anyone have some ideea how CST EM studio works?
I have a tube of pet, 2cm thickness filled with water. I need 2 electrodes in order to evaluate the conductance of the water. The working frequency is 100kHz, so this is the reason for which I am trying to use CST EM studio.
did anyone have some ideas how to feed this electrodes and what are the boundary conditions??
