Can Anybody Give ME THE LIBRARY FILE FOR .09µ TECHNOLOGY OF MOSIS?plz give me related links atleast for free download.I need it for my accademic project
on digital phase locked loop
 

if just for circuit simulation and and academic purpose just use Predictive technology model. search PTM in google and you will find it.
 

Predictive technology model provides digital model file but i want analog model file for 90 nm .
