UPS IC part number

Hello..I have a very old SENDON 500VA UPS..Please help me to find out the IC part number as the part numbers are vanished..the red boxed IC has 14pin and the blue boxed IC is 3pin...the 3 pin is probably not the MOSFETs because there are 4 mosfets separately with thickened trace route...but this IC's trace is very thin and there are total 2 ic..one is blue boxed and another has broken which was at the right side of the blue one and the left ic of the blue box is mosfet..Can you please help me to find out the part numbers of this both IC.

there are about 50000000000 ICs in the world. Without a schematic it’s impossible to tell which ones you’ve got there. I’ve I had to guess, I’d say the 3 terminal device is a voltage regulator.

And what makes you think the broken IC is the same as the outlined one?

Actually this is 20year old UPS..but still worked fine before this happened..there is no datasheet or schematic of this UPS at internet ..i have searched a lot..but did not find yet..i can you give you some clear picture instead..

they both looked same with a dot on the left..

Actually this is 20year old UPS..but still worked fine before this happened..

Logic or analogical ICs do not degrade along the time as would be expected with power devices and electrolitic capacitors, so in the lack of further indication of syntoms other than this, I would consider focusing in these parts.

there are total six 3pin ICs in the board...4 of them are mosfets and they are labeled , rest of the two looks identical (one is mounted and the other one is broken..) hoping this will be a voltage regulator?
