500watts inverter

Hello,
I want to make a ups from 12 volts vdc to 220vac. please send me the schematic diagram and parts description and aslo substitution. it should be automatic, i mean when electric supply is off ups start automatically and when power comes, it automatically start charging battery,and when battery is full, stop charging battery.
