Updates on DC 2007.03 (.pdf or .ppt) ???

Hello,
We are wondering whether to migrate from DC2006.06 to DC2007.03?
Did anybody attend the recent conference which discussed matters on Adaptive Retiming and the compile_ultra commands? Anybody have this paper or know what was covered?
