how to update satellite receiver

Hi all
I want to update my satellite receiver. its model is starsat 5i how can I do that. does any body have its update file? thanks very much.

I downloaded its file (for sr-x5d) and its downloader. and updated its flash but after updating my reciever didnt turned on. can u help me why?

Did you act exactly as upgrade instruction manual?

Why don't you choose exact Model Name?

several models have diffrent file!
