Unknown SOT23 marking codes! Help!

I'm having problems figuring out the part name of two SOT23 components.
They have these markings on their case:

7W 32 (the 32 digit is vertically written);

STPx

I guess the smdcode is (-7W), you can make it clear.

Is the SPTx also SOT23? (could be MAX809)
