Unit of Drain Current in Silvaco ATLAS 2D and 3D simulations?

Hi all,

Does anyone know what is the unit of the currents calculated by 2D ATLAS simulation and in 3D ATLAS simulation?

I guess that the unit is Ampere/Micron in 2D ATLAS simulations and Ampere in 3D ATLAS simulations! but I am not sure.

I would be happy if anyone can help regarding this.
