I want to simulate a unitcell with HFSS,but ,there is an error" CPdra.10 G.array

[error] Initial mesh, process mesh3d : Unexpected internal software error code 1003 with module id 26. (8:14:45 AM Apr 26, 2011)"
I do not solve this problem,can you help me?
