Hi ,

Can someone help me with understanding of TBDPatt file generated by Encounter Test.

I want to understand the file in FULL SCAN mode.

Regards
Prashanth

you can open it through a gedit and find it out. u can see the abbreviations mentioned at the top and then the type of TF (test function) alloted to your pins. and then stim-PI(): 10001 if u select vector while generating this file . but
stim_pi():a ='1' b='0' like wise if u select node instead of vector. later on u can see the meaure_po(): output pattern.
the file just list out the test sequence, patterns , and events in hierarchial order. this file is just for our understanding purpose which wont be used by tester. the same file content is also available as a proprietary format of cadence in tbdBIN.fullscan and tbdseq.fullscan files used by a tester available in ./tbdata folder
