Hi. I have some question regarding CRC.
1. Shift operation is performed first and then the XOR operation or vice versa?
2. What is the difference between CRC 16 and CRC 32? How does this reduce the probability of failure?
3. Is Cascading of four set of CRC 8bit is equivalent to one CRC 32bit(Linear Block Code)? If yes, how about the polynomial equation which is no longer prime polynomial ?
Is there any simple, good and details on CRC paper to recommend?
