Unable to download attachment

I am unable to download attachments on the analog boads.

Lets take an example



if I try to downlaod the pdf attached to 1 of the replies, it says "sorry you do not have permission to view the attachment"

I asked the moderator of that board and he asked me to post my issue in this board

It is fine with me, but that message is the one you would get if you weren't logged in (I just logged out to check).
