UMTS service simulator in opnet help

Hi guy i want to use opnet to simulate some services in UMTS. But i have 1 question that i dont know how to connect UE to nodeB.
In UE there is only 1 parameter is SGSN ID, but if 1 SGSN has many UEs, how UE connect. Plz help
THanks all!

I upload my project here, I want the UE can conncet to the server use FTP service.
Plz help me check why it does not work
