In our production we aer using US welding machine Herrmann. It used to be following graphs of welding process Power - green, Force - red and Distance blue. Now after maintenance( cleansing of booster and lifting of threads) we have following Graphs ( force graph is just line w/o any forces) After that process of welding is running but not stable, dimensions of weld is not correct. I do not see anu ideas in which way we should go? Also i have attach scheme of machine. Maybe someone could support. Any ideas are appreciated.
