Hi,
I am required to design a ultra wideband microwave amplifier with the following specifications:
Bandwidth: 3.1GHz to 10.6GHz
Transistor: Avago's ATF-36163
Gain: either 3.2dB or 6dB
Noise Figure is not an issue.
I tried using parallel feedback but I just can't seem to obtain a flat gain throughout the whole bandwidth. How to design the impedance matching networks over such a bandwidth?
