Anyone here who is using K*eils ULINK JTAG Usb debugger with the
new Infinion C16x Controllers ?

Does it work ?
Is it worth to buy ?

Did you try the parallel port interface? It's for free.

Here is the document from infineon. I tried this with XC164 without any problems.

Have you tried the par port JTAG interface within uVision. ?
Do you know if the adapter will work in 2000 / XP ?
I am asking because it can be very difficult to get hw working on the printer port in 200 / XP .

Yes, I tested on XP, 2000 and NT. And the parallel port interface is supported by K**l, T*sking and Hitex Debugger. ULINK is only supported
by K**l.
Which C166 derivate to you like to use? I also tested with C165UTAH.

at the moment I want to use it with C165UTAH only.
First I have to made my PCB...
