UHF RFID at 922.5 MHz

I need to design UHF RFID operating 922.5 MHz with impedance 16.5+j148.3 and 15.7+j148.6 on FR-4 substrate material to complete project in CST.But online NXP transim in not available. so can anyone hlep me with that?
 

Sorry, you mean you need to design a microstrip line to match those impedances to 50 ohm?
