Ueff,Vtheff, Veff are the result of STI effect. Are those observe-able in Cadence?

One can measure SA,SB and get SAref,SBref in Virtuoso. The way the STI makes impact is like this:

Layout Geometry => SA/SB (reflective) => mobility/velocity/Vth (physical/electrical root reason) => Performance (gain/bandwidth/phase margin) observed after simulation. The only invisable part seems to be the root reason part. Model parameters like U0, Vth0 are in model file without any consideration of STI. Only effective mobility/velocity/Vth does consider STI effect and this is recorded in Spectre Manual/ Cadence Virtuoso Manual/ or the BSIM4 Manual. Are those effective mobility/velocity/Vth observer-able or user-editable in Cadence environment or any other ADE tools? These performance-related, STI-induced variables/parameters changes but does not allow users to observe/edit it?

Alex
