Hi, i have to write Ucf file of uart code, i don2t know which inputs and outputs should be places which pins on kit, i use spartan 3e. Can anyone help me about it?
Thanks

First you need to figure out which kit you are using.
It should be somewhere on PCB.
refer to user manual of kit .If you don't have one then refer to kit vendors site usually they provide ucf along with other documentation.

In user manual you'll get pin number to which your rxd, txd pin is connected.
