Hi Guys

Please help me here with UART hardwire configuration for PIC32MX250F128D. More precisely do I need and pull up resisters for Tx and Rx
 

hi,
When using the UART , no pull ups are required.
If you are having a problem communicating with say a PC, a level shifter will be required: eg: MAX232 or equivalent.
