Does anyone know a table with typical values to the resistance of wirebonds?
At least a range?

Thanks,

R = ρ*l/A ; ρ= specific resistivity, l=length, A=cross sectional area of the wire

Example: Gold (Au) wire with a diameter of 1mil=25.4µm: R/l ≈ 50 mΩ/mm
A (perfect) bond contact resistance at this diameter is about 10mΩ (to be taken twice).
A typical wire length is 3mm.
